Jumpin' From Six To Six Koko Mojo (KMCD68) is the sixth Southern Bred exploration into the music from Louisiana and the Crescent City, New Orleans and the artists and newly introduced performers are intermixed throughout the series to make a more diverse assortment of sound and artist. The musical exploration during Jumpin' From Six To Six Koko Mojo (KMCD68) has a delightful and lively pace throughout fashioned by; Elmore Nixon, Smiley Lewis, Roy Brown, Tommy Ridgley, Little Bo, Billy Tate, Tal Miller, George Miller and His Mid-Driffs, Joe Mr. "G" Google Eyes, and Edwin Joseph Bocage performs as both Eddie Bo and Little Bo. Jimmy Wilson and His Band are jumping around and having a twelve-hour ball, Clifton Chenier has label hopped and takes a new musical approach, and Charles Sheffield appears in person and using his alter ego Mad Dog Sheffield. The musical "gumbo stew" is brought to a boiling point with the inclusion of Brothers, Ray and Plas Johnson, the Boogie Ramblers with vocal sang by Shelton Dunaway blast out a soon to be rockabilly associated title, Eddy Lang, René Hall's Orchestra, and the Rock 'n' Rollers are, Earl Palmer, the Big Rocker, Johnny Copeland, Tal Miller, Tony Allen, Shirley and Lee, Lloyd Price and his sibling Leo Price. As with every album, there is more music to hear and enjoy and the vibrant music has a pleasing up-tempo feel throughout. Our albums have; stunning design, sleeve notes, twenty-eight songs, mastered for the best possible sound. The disc is housed in an attractively designed cardboard sleeve, specially designed to avoid the use of plastic and be environmentally friendly. You are listening to music from the past and preserving the future! Koko Mojo Records "Often imitated, never duplicated"
